Day 1 Myxomatous Valvular Disease
● Epidemiology, etiology, and pathogenesis, Pathology, pathophysiology and disease progression, Diagnosis and classification
● Management of chronic heart failure
● Surgical repair, Left atrial decompression, and Transcatheter edge to edge MV repair
Day 2
● Infective Endocarditis,Pathogenesis Pathophysiology and clinical sign, Diagnostic procedure, Prognosis and Management
● Myocarditis in dogs and Cats ,Etiology,pathology, pathophysiology, diagnosis management and theraphy
● Canine Obstructive and non-obstructive Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ,Etiology,pathology, pathophysiology, diagnosis management and theraphy
● Canine dilated cardiomyopathy, Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, Arrhythmia-induced cardiomyopathy, Nutritional cardiomyopathy
● Epidemiology and etiology, Pathology, pathophysiology and disease progression, Diagnosis management and theraphy
Day 3
● Pericardial diseases
● Anatomy and physiology of the pericardium, Congenital pericardial diseases (PPDH: Intrapericardial cysts, Pericardial Defects) Diagnosis and treatment , Acquired Pericardial diseases Effusive and costrictive pericarditis, Pathopisiology and treatment
● Cardiac Tumors Epidemiology and pathogenesis of cardiac tumors Diagnostic methods, Prognosis and treatment
● Feline Cardiomyopathies
● Pathology and epidemiology and diagnosis of feline heart diseases
Day 4 Feline Cardiomyopathies
● Feline Hyperetrophic cardiomyopaties etiology, pathogenesis, pathophysiology and clincal signs Diagnosis, severity classification and complication Mangament and therapy
● Other feline cardiomyopathy: Restrictive cardiomyopathy,Dilated cardiomyopathy Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, Non specific cardiomyopathies, Miocarditis, transient hypertrophic cardiomyopathies
Day 5 Myxomatous Valvular Disease
● Pulmonary Hypertension. Epidemiology and etiology of pulmonary hypertension, Physiology and pathophysiology, Different phenotypes of pulmonary hypertension
● Discussion of Clincal cases

Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito and as a Cardiologist and Sonographer at the Veterinary Hospital of Specialties of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
Veterinarian University Quito Ecuador. He has spent time in cardiology and ultrasound services of human and veterinary medicine.
He was a clinical veterinarian, Director and founder of the Cardiology and Ultrasound service of the Lucky Veterinary Hospital in Quito (Ecuador)

Completed a 4-month internship in Surgery and Internal Medicine at Centre Hospitalier Vétérinaire Fregis, Arcueil, France
Post-graduate 6-month rotational internship at Gran Sasso Veterinary Clinic, Milan
Completed a 1-year specialist internship in Veterinary Cardiology under the supervision of Dr. Claudio Bussadori
Collaborates with Gran Sasso Veterinary Clinic as a Cardiologist and Sonographer
Actively involved in the preparation of educational and scientific materials for courses and conferences
Completed her residency program under the supervision of Dr. Bussadori and is currently board eligible

Cancellation & Refund Policy
· More than 10 days before the course: 90% of the tuition will be refunded. Within 10 days before the course: Only 50% of the tuition will be refunded. Alternatively, your spot can be transferred to another participant.
· In case of course-related changes (e.g. rescheduling or venue change), a full refund can be requested. No additional compensation will be provided.
· Refunds are typically processed within one month. Thank you for your patience.
· If an invoice is required, please submit your request within 3 months after the course ends. Invoices must be issued within the same calendar year as the tuition payment. No refunds will be processed once an invoice has been issued.
