Chair Professor of Surgery of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid since 1990 until now.

Diploma by the European Jury for Implantology and Rehabilitation in 1997.
Diploma from the European Veterinary Dental College in 1998.
He was Vice Dean of Infrastructure during the construction of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the UAB and Director of the Veterinary Clinical Hospital of Madrid from 1990 to 2002.
His doctoral thesis in 1981 dealt with Endodontics and Dental Prosthesis in dogs and since then he has authored numerous publications and has taught many courses in Traumatology and Dentistry.
He has published more than 100 articles in scientific journals, directed 34 Theses and participated in 18 research projects.
