Course Overview
1. Master High-Complexity Thoracic and Bone Tumor Surgery
Comprehensive training in the surgical management and prognostic assessment of mediastinal, pulmonary, thoracic wall, and right atrial appendage tumors, as well as appendicular and pelvic bone tumors.
2. Essential Techniques in Thoracic Wall Reconstruction
Focused instruction on advanced reconstruction methods using musculocutaneous flaps and/or prosthetic mesh following thoracic wall tumor resection.
3. Complete Coverage of Amputation and Pelvic Tumor Surgery
Detailed guidance on indications and techniques for forelimb and hindlimb amputation, and partial and total hemipelvectomy, addressing some of the most challenging orthopedic oncology procedures.
4. Integrated, High-Level Hands-on Training
A robust wet lab experience featuring thoracic wall resection and reconstruction, sternotomy, thoracotomy, pericardiectomy, auriculectomy, lung lobectomy, and limb amputation—designed to build confidence and competency in advanced thoracic and orthopedic oncologic surgery.

Day 1
● Mediastinal tumors: staging and surgical treatment
● Lung tumors: lobectomy and pneumectomy
● Thoracic wall tumors: staging, surgical treatment and prognosis
● Right auricole tumor: surgical treatment and prognosis

● Thoracic wall resection
● Thoracic wall reconstruction with myocutaneous flap and/or mesh
● Thoracic wall reconstruction with myocutaneous flap and/or mesh
● Sternotomy
Day 3
● Appendicular bone tumors: clinical staging and prognostic factors
● Forelimb and hind limb amputation
● Partial and total Hemipelvectomy
● Digit tumors and surgical reconstruction
Day 4
★ Wet Lab
● Thoracotomy, pericardiectomy and right auricolectomy
● Lung lobectomy and tracheobronchial lymphadectomy
● Forelimb and hind limb amputation

Cancellation & Refund Policy
· More than 10 days before the course: 90% of the tuition will be refunded. Within 10 days before the course: Only 50% of the tuition will be refunded. Alternatively, your spot can be transferred to another participant.
· In case of course-related changes (e.g. rescheduling or venue change), a full refund can be requested. No additional compensation will be provided.
· Refunds are typically processed within one month. Thank you for your patience.
· If an invoice is required, please submit your request within 3 months after the course ends. Invoices must be issued within the same calendar year as the tuition payment. No refunds will be processed once an invoice has been issued.
